We want you to be completely satisfied with your Herman’s Hermits memorabilia and apparel. If your purchase isn't quite right, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our fan support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to the return address provided by our support team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
